On-duty pharmacy (“Farmacia de Guardia”) – open 24/7. You can find the nearest one via Google or by checking the notice on any local pharmacy’s door.

TIP:
Pharmacies in Spain are marked with a green cross, and duty pharmacies rotate daily. If you need prescription medication, you’ll need to see a doctor at a Centro de Salud (public health center) or a private clinic.

112 is the EU-wide emergency number and can be used in multiple languages. Simply provide your location and the nature of the emergency.

First Aid Kit in the Apartment

You’ll find: plasters and bandages, disinfectants, scissors, and disposable gloves.

TIP:
For minor injuries, feel free to use the first aid kit.In more serious situations, please contact a doctor or go directly to the hospital.

Water

Water – We recommend drinking bottled water, as tap water is heavily chlorinated.

Air Conditioning – Cool and Comfortable

• Central air conditioning is available throughout the apartment.
• Keep terrace doors and windows closed while the AC is on – it makes it more effective.

  Please switch it off let’s care for the environment together!

Solarium – Your Private Chillout Zone

Head up to the rooftop terrace and enjoy a space designed for pure relaxation and quality time. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun by day or unwind under the stars at night.

• Sun loungers – stretch out and catch some rays
• Outdoor sofa – ideal for an afternoon siesta
• The cushions for the sofa are stored in the Utility Room – feel free to bring them out when you want extra comfort!
• Pergola – offers shade and creates a pleasant, breezy atmosphere

Windows & Shutters – Comfort and Safety

Please close windows and lower the shutters when leaving the apartment, especially on hot days –this helps keep it cool inside.

Cleaning – We Care About Your Comfort

Your apartment is your home during your stay, so we kindly ask you to keep it tidy.
Just a few simple rules:

• Please take out the rubbish regularly (especially general waste) – it’s standard practice in Spain! You’ll find bins at the junction of Av. de Huelva and C. Pamplona.
• Cleaning products are available in the kitchen and bathroom – feel free to use them
• Need additional cleaning? Let us know – we can arrange a cleaning service.
• Before departure, please leave the apartment in good condition – a basic tidy-up is enough to help the next guests feel just as comfortable.

Barbecuing –Tasty & Safe!

There’s a charcoal BBQ on the terrace – you’re welcome to use it, just follow a few simple rules:

• Only use charcoal or briquettes – no wood or other materials.
• Never leave the BBQ unattended – safety first!
• After you’re done: Make sure the fire and embers are completely out. Dispose of cold ash in the appropriate bin. Clean the grill after use –ready for the next guests.

Please avoid barbecuing on windy days – open flames and gusts don’t mix well!
TIP:
JWant to keep it quick and easy? A disposable BBQ is a great option –just place it safely on the grill rack.

Our Utility Room, located on the solarium, includes some handy items to make your stay more comfortable and convenient:

• Outdoor sofa cushions – ready to use, so you can relax comfortably in the sunshine.
• Laundry basket – to help you organise your clothes before washing.
• Ironing board & iron – perfect for when your clothes need a quick refresh.
• Storage space – a great spot for any extra items that might come in handy.
• Feel free to use what you need – and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

You’ll find everything you need for a beach day in the Utility Room!

• Portable cooler – keeps your drinks and snacks chilled all day.
• Beach towels – large, comfy and ready to go.
• Sun loungers and umbrellas – for comfort and shade.
• Large beach blanket – perfect for relaxing on the sand.

Nearest beaches:

Guardamar del Segura (8 minutes by car) – A beautiful stretch of sandy coastline stretching over 12 km –great for walks and seaside lounging.

• Playa Centro – a wide, well-equipped beach with restaurants and bars.
• Platja del Camp – quieter and ideal for families (recommended!)

TIP: Take water, sun cream and snacks with you. And in the evening –don’t miss the sunset by the sea!

Our estate offers 4 pools, located in the peaceful surroundings of family homes.

• Depth: from 0.5m to 2m
• Visiting with little ones? No worries –there are paddling pools and a small children’s pool at the far end.
• Towels and sun loungers? You’ll find them in the Utility Room.

The pools are open all year round, daily from 08:00 to 22:00 – perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day.

Please follow the rules below –they’re also posted by the pool:

• Shower before entering the pool
• No tanning oils in the pool
• No smoking
• No topless sunbathing
• No glass allowed in the pool or garden area
• Children under 8 must be supervised
• No pets in the pool or garden area
• Long hair must be tied back while swimming
• No ball games
• No rough play or jumping into the water
• No inflatables or air mattresses
• No loud noise or shouting
• No eating in the pool or garden area
