Where is the apartment located?

The apartment is in Ciudad Quesada, in the quiet and elegant Doña Pepa neighbourhood – just 30 minutes from Alicante Airport and 10 minutes from the beach.

Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment?

Yes! We offer fast, reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM Need extra time? Let us know in advance – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes – the apartment has central air conditioning. For best performance, please keep windows and doors closed while it’s running.

What do I receive when I check in?

You’ll get a full set of keys:

• Gate key (pedestrian entrance)
• Remote control (main gate on Pamplona Street 11)
• Building entrance key
• Apartment door key
• Utility Room key (for laundry, beach gear, cushions, etc.)

Is there a washing machine and dryer?

Yes! The Utility Room includes a: Samsung 9 kg washing machine, Samsung 9 kg tumble dryer, Iron and ironing board, Laundry basket.

What’s in the first aid kit?

You’ll find plasters, disinfectant, gloves, bandages, and scissors. For serious injuries, the nearest hospital is Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja, open 24/7.

Are there swimming pools available?

Yes – the complex has 4 pools, including one for children. Open daily from 08:00–22:00. Pool rules are posted and include: no glass, no inflatables, no loud noise, and no pets.

Can I use the barbecue?

Yes – there’s a charcoal BBQ on the terrace. Only use charcoal or briquettes, never leave it unattended, and clean it after use. Avoid grilling on windy days for safety.

Is the beach far away?

Not at all – you’re just 8 minutes by car from Guardamar del Segura, with both lively and quiet beaches nearby. The Utility Room includes: Beach towels, Umbrellas, Loungers, Cooler, Beach blanket.

Is cleaning included?

We ask that you keep the apartment tidy. Cleaning products are available. Want a mid-stay clean? Just let us know – we can arrange one.

What’s on the rooftop terrace?

Your private solarium includes: Sun loungers, Pergola for shade, Outdoor sofa (cushions stored in the Utility Room). Perfect for sunbathing, siestas, or stargazing!

Can I drink tap water?

We recommend drinking bottled water, as tap water is heavily chlorinated.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the apartment or pool/garden areas.
